If you are an international customer, we welcome your business. Unfortunately, since our Online Store uses PayPal for our transactions, we are unable to automatically calculate international shipping and mailing costs — or to exclude sales tax. For this reason, we ask that you e-mail us your order. Please send an e-mail to Russell Consulting, Inc. In your e-mail, please include the following information in your e-mail:

The item you would like to purchase.
The quantity you would like to purchase.
Your preferred delivery option: Fed-Ex, USPS Global Express Guaranteed (fastest with guaranteed delivery date), USPS Global Express, surface rate, etc.
The "ship to" address.

We will e-mail you an invoice that covers the cost of the item(s) and the costs for international shipping and mailing. Thank you! We look forward to your order.

Non-Profit or Governmental Customers of RCI Online

If you are a non-profit or government customer, we would be pleased to fulfill your order without charging you a sales tax. Currently, there is no way to do this using PayPal as transaction manager. Please contact us at Russell Consulting, Inc. with the following information:

The item you would like to purchase.
The quantity you would like to purchase.
Your preferred delivery option: Fed-Ex, UPS, USPS Next-Day, Priority Mail, First Class, Parcel Post, etc.
The "ship to" address.
Your tax-exempt number.

We will e-mail you an invoice that covers the cost of the item(s) and the costs for shipping and mailing. Thank you! We look forward to your order.
